What’s the difference between Skin Script and Eminence?
Skin Script is typically chosen for more targeted, corrective routines. Eminence is often chosen for botanical, organic care focused on balance, hydration, and radiance.
Can I use both brands together?
Often, yes. Many clients mix and match based on what their skin needs (for example: one brand for clarity, the other for comfort and hydration).
How do I know which one is right for my skin type?
That’s exactly what we help with at Skinfinity—tell us your goals, sensitivity level, and what you’re currently using, and we’ll guide you toward a routine that fits.
What is the difference between a facial and a chemical peel?
Facials include cleansing, exfoliation, masks; peels use acids for deeper exfoliation, often part of facials.
How often should I get a facial?
Every 4–6 weeks lines up with your skin’s natural turnover cycle (about 28 days), so each treatment builds on the last instead of starting over.
What should I book for my first visit?
The Rapid Radiance Facial. It’s 45 minutes, starts with a real consultation, and I’ll map out what your skin actually needs from there. $90, and you leave with a plan.
What’s the difference between the facials?
Rapid Radiance is the consultation first starting point. Deluxe Revitalization adds ultrasonic deep cleansing and extractions. The Infinity is the full 90 minutes with dermaplaning and LED. See them side by side.
Do I need to know what I want before booking?
No. Book the Rapid Radiance Facial, or text me at (704) 709-3446 and tell me what’s going on with your skin. I’ll point you to the right thing. No guessing.
What’s the difference between Signature Glow and Elite Lift?
Signature Glow is the instant hydration and brightness choice—great for an event or as monthly maintenance. Elite Lift includes everything in Signature Glow plus the corrective layer: dermaplaning, a no-downtime multi-acid peel, sculpting facial cupping, and LED light therapy—ideal if you’re working on texture, fine lines, or firmness over time. Still torn? Book Signature Glow first and we’ll decide together whether Elite Lift is your next step.
Does it hurt?
No. Most clients describe it as a light suction with a cool, spa like feel. It’s gentle enough for sensitive skin, which is part of the point.
Is there any downtime?
None. You can go straight back to your day, and most clients look their best immediately. Skip strong actives and direct sun for 24 hours and wear SPF.
Is dermaplaning safe for sensitive skin?
Often, yes, but it depends on what your skin is doing that day. We’ll look at your barrier and irritation level first; if your skin is reactive, we may choose a gentler route instead.
How far before an event should I book?
About two weeks out is the safe window for most treatments, especially if it’s your first time with something new. For a quick refresh with Signature Glow, three to seven days out works well too. Either way, never schedule a first-time peel or treatment the week of your event.
Can I combine treatments?
Some treatments are designed to work together, and some should stay separate. Add-ons like LED, extractions, or a targeted mask can make sense depending on your skin; we’ll decide what helps instead of stacking steps for the sake of it.
